that an ordinance be pr~ared covering resisting arrest.

a motion tl1.at the Resolution be adopted, the motion was secondGd
by J[r. Stackhouse, anQ on roll call the vote was as follows:
Ayes-Castner, Gaines" Higby, Roe" Stackhouse; Foes-none, so

was read, but no action takeno

instructed to see that the were moved off~

on the following page be paid vlhen money is available. The

the motion carried..
