F. H. HH~by, and R.Ll.Stackhouse. Larshal C.II:.sullins,
City Attornoy IrvinG F. !:Iorse, Street & 'Aater Supt. H. 1:. Cole,
and City Clerk R. j? .House were alg) present.

By motion of Ur. Stackhouse, seconded by r.1r. Gai nes and
carried, the City Clerk is to furnisht ho City Attorney a list
of Delinquent Sanitary Privy accounts, for him to talre action
to collect thorn.
l.'1o:yor Brown's Report was i read, in \'/hich he s tat ad thEt
there were 16 cases in Na yor 's Court vii th total fines asses sed
and collected amounting t~ ~148.00
liarshal Sullins reproted 16 arrests, 1 case not tried,
5 cases suspended. 10 paid fines amounting to .'~148.00 \!hich
was collectud an1 turned over to the City Clerk.
He asked for a few days off to take care of some personal
business.

City Attorney Horso reported that the Quit on tho
Frame and C'hardevoyne properties had been comploted, and the
property was now in the City's posession, but that there
were County and State certificates that should be taken
care of.
I[r. l.Tie;by made a motion that the ITl.atter o fl. disposing
of thd :.:>roperty be left in t'l1.o hands of tho Committee
a~Dointod some time ago to formulate a plan of disposal
of City owned proD0rty, for their recommendations to the
Council. The Eotion was secondod by T1r. Castner, a...'"lc. \/lhen
put to a vote, the motion carried.
Cr. Stackhouse made a motion that the State and County
Tax Certificates on tho Frame and Chardevoyne properties be
redeemed. The motion was seconded by Hr. Higby, and when
put to a vote, the motion carried,

reimbursed :.p25. 00 for expenses incurred in putting through
the suit on the above pro~rties. The motion VIas seconded by

carried, that the groves jUBt aquiro~ by the City be taken
care of undnr the direction of Councilman Gaines.
