thn innoculation of dogs against Rabies this yoar at the
usual time. '1'ho motion was seconded by lIr. Gaines, and
when put to a voto, tho motion carried.

WHEr~AS, the City Council of the City of Clermont, Florida,
has found it to be necessary, because of the exigencies of
the preaent war and to protect the general peace, morals and
health within the said City, that persons under the ~e of
e1ghteen (18) years be not fou~d upon the parks, streets,
alie,!,s or public ways of the said City, at night, later than
IO:~O 6!clack P. Mo, Eastern War Time, unless accompanied by
his or her parent, guardian or member of his or her family

NOW, THERltFORE, BE IT OIillAI,NED OY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
Cli'Y OF CLbRMONT, FLORIDA, THAT:
SECTION 1: Any person under the ape of eiphteen (18)
yeara, who shall be found uprn 'any of the parks, streets,
alleys, or rubllc ways of the City of Clermont, Florida, at
nIFht, later than 10:30, o'clock P. M., Eastern War Time,
shall be guilty of a misdemeanor a~d upon conviction thereof,
shall be fined In the sum of $5.00 or b~ imprisoned in the
Cit:v jail for five (5) days, in the discretion of the Jud~e
of the Mayor's C(urt of the City of Clermont, Florida, except
as prcvided in Sectien 2 hereof.
SECTION~: The foregoinp section shall not apnly to any
person under the a~e of ei?hteen (18) years who shall, at the
time of so b~1n~ found upon any of the parks, streets, alleys
or public ways of the sa~d C1 ty, be accompanied b;r his or her
parent, or puard1an or any member of his or her family who is
over the afe of twenty-one (21) years.
SECTION 3: This Ordinance .shall take effect immediately
upon its passa~e and its be1n~ si~ned b~ the President of the
City Council and upon approva~ by the Y2yor.
