Hilary s. Cleaver, and Street 9,uperintendent R. F. Anderson
were also present.
Einutes of tho October 4th meeting were read and
approved.

Tnree members of the A.B.C. Comnittee in charge of
the ComIl".uni ty 13u1_lding in Kehlor Park wero present and
asked if a sidewalk from the present one to the curb on
}1inneola .l1.ve. could be put in by the City. They also
urged action on building a new shuffleboard and repairine;
the old ones.
r.Cr. Robdinson made a motion that the Ci ty Clerk notify
F.B.Roe, 8:hairrr:an of the Park Co;orrdt ee as soon as possi'!::>le
to investigate cost of s~aewalk and have it put in if agre0d
to by the other members of the Council; also to fix up the
shufleboards as agreed upon in the Oct.4th moeting. The
motion Qas sccrnded by Hr. Lassite~, and ca~ried. !
I'layor Brmnm l'ead his report, in which he particularly
s~ressed the condition at tho d~ping pit north east of the
Cemetery, and asked t.hat it be c19llol:,ed up and kept c:r.ean
around the pit if possIble. Fe'also staten that the local
packing house would supply good eatable fruit for use bf
iipUDC~J anyone in the communi ty des i ring same, if the Ci ty
would provide hins and keep them cleaned up on t~B lot at

Pro Ro~inson made a motion that the City Clerk be
instructed to send a notice on the 15th of each month to
all custo~ers whose water bills are delinquent at that time,
that if the bill is not uaid by the 25th of the month, the
wa tor will be cut off hy the' City L;arshall without further
notice, and thl:;. t t::"e bill mus t be paid plus ::;1.00 service
charge before t:he water will be turned on again. The
plotion "'as seconded by r,r.r. Lassi tor, and on being put to
a vote, carried unanimously.
For the Annual City elect~~n to be held ~t the City
RaIl, Ttllesday, T)ecembGr 13th, at which time a r.'Iayor, a
Treasurer, a Tax Assessor, and three Councilmen ~ill be
c;loc ted, f!r. Robinson made a motio!: thl:l. t the :follovling
officials of election be na~e d: for Clerk, Fred J. ~alters;
for Inspectors, ~ouisa H. Barr, Florence Holton, A. E. Isaac;
and that a notice of 'S:10 election be placGe. 1n trie "Clermont
Press". Th') r~otion was seconded by Tir. Johnson, and when
put to a vote, carrie~ unanimously.
The following bills were read and appro7ad, and ordered
pain when money is available.
