Meeting called to order by President O.I.Keen,ot~er
Counci~en present being Wm Kern, Geo. Robinson, and F.B.Roa.
R.L. Ogden came in a little later. Mayor Ware and Marskall
$ullins were also present.
Minutes of tke previous meeting were read and approved.
Mayor Ware reported no cases in Mayors court. '~e also
stated t~at Report sent in regarding milk ordinance was returned
for furtaer information. Ie also said Mrs. Bowman had asked
for a reserved parking space in front of tke Post-office.
Marshall Sullins reported no arrests and no fines.

job is completed and approved.
REport from the State Board of Iealtla. on tme Analyses of
water samples sent in for examination, stated tkat tke sanitary
quality of tke City water is very good.
By motion of Roe, seconded by Bobinson, wkicR carried,
tl:a.e new building in K81ilor Park will be locl{ed up during tke
summer. Responsible citizens desiring use of the building
for public purposes may obtain the Key from the City Clerk.
By motion of Robinson, seconded by Roo, wla.iKh carried,
TAe Mayor was asked to Rave tke sidewalk approaca at tl:a.e g.E.
corner of tke intersection of Juniata and 7ta St. fixed.
Wm Boyd asked tke Council for an adjustment on paving
assessment on lots facing Lake ave at tme water tank.
By motion of RObinson, seconaed by Roe, wla.ick carri~
the City Clerk is to see Attorney Westbrook, and Stokes "Jia
Fields and demand payment at on~ on tke bond of tla.e former '
City Clerk, Carl Kindred.
By motion of Roe, seconded by Robinson, wmicla. carried,
tka salary of tka city clerk was raised to $115.00 per month.
