Meeting called to, order at 7;45 P.M. By President Miller.
Oouncilmen present House, Keene, Roe and Mayor Ware.

F.B. Roe meved the adoption of tae following ay- Laws for
OAK HILL Oemetary wlh.ich is owned by the Oity of 01ermont.
1. All lots sold after the adoption of these By-Laws
shall be srtict1y oask.
Numbel"ed
2. All lots/4 to 27 inc., in Blocks A.B.E & F and all
lots in Blocks 0 & D. aka11 be $75.00 eack. Lota
1,2,3,28,29,30 in Blocks A B E & F and lot~ 17 to
24 inc1usiv8 in Blocks G H K & L shall be $50.00 eae..
Lots 10 to 16 Ino., and 25 to 31 Inc., in Blocks G.H.
K & L and lots 10 to 23 inc., Blocks I & J shall be
$25.00 eack. All other lots in B1ocks,G H I J K & L
and all lots in Blocks 1,2,3,4 & 5 ska11 be $15.00 eack.
3.A11 lots sold prior to the adoption of these by-laws
shall be assessed $2.00 per year for upkeep.
4. Tlle oare of tlle cemetary slta11 at all times be under
the supervision of the Park Oommittee and one member
of this committee shall act as sexton.

5. In digging graves .the sod skal1 be oareful1y taken .p
and laid aside and canvas or heavy clot. ska11 be .sed
to t.row all dirt from the grave. After the grave is filled
the sod shall be replaced flush with tae .wrro~d1ng
sod and any surplus dirt ha.1ed off at the purchasers
expense.
6. All drives as laid out in the original plat of tlte
Oemetary are closed with the exception of the main
drive in'the middle of the Oemetary running East and West
and extending aroun4 the park and no vehie1e ot any kind
shall be allowed in tlte cemetary exoept on suo. drives aa
mentioned above.

7. No oement work or ma~b1e shall be used for curbing the
lotI that extendllPabove the surface ot the ground. Thill
apply. to vovering for graves or for any other purpose
othar than permanent monuments or head stones. All Lota
now having curbing around them shall be grassed or soded
and be cared for by the owners.
8. All monies collected from the sale of lots and from
asses.ment. mentioned s.a1~ be kept in a separate fund
and flha1l be spent only tor tke upkeep of the Oemetary.
9. Tke Oity Oouncil finds the adoption of these bylaws
neeessary in order to kave a presentable Oemetary and
they feel that we now have a very beautiful Oemetary
and i8 fast becoming one of the most attractive small
Oemetar.es in Oentral Florida and they trge that all
present owners aa well as future purchasers shall strictly
adkere to these bylaws.
The motion was seeonded by O.H. Keene and upon being
put to a vote earried unanimously.

By motion whioh was seoonded and oarried the Park
Committee was authorized to oonstruct a small building
in the oem~~ar,y for the housing ot tools.
After some disoussion regarding the oondition ot our
streets the street oommittee was authorized to fix
tae wash out at the toot of Fourth and DeSoto Streets,
Mr. C.O. Roe having volunteered to supervise this for tke
Ci~. The stree sommittee was a1Bo authorized to have
the neoessar,y rook' hauled at a oo.t ot $3.50 per load.
It was moved, ,seoonded and oarried that some one hired
to put in regular time oleaning streets, oatoh basins
and any. other neoessary work as direoted by the CitY'
Counoil.
By motion whioh was seoonded and oarried O.H. Keene
oAt the street oommittee was authorized to buy a used
traek with a dump body for ~se on the atreets.
