when scraping and appJying the first coa.t was
completed.

It \Vas then brought to the attention of the city council
that dairy prodects vlere bein.g QlDuught into the city
from other counties. The city attor.ney was instructed to
draft an ordinance requining a license of $50.00 from
firms and individuals from outside the im:"ediate tI'ade
~erri tory selling milk in Clermont'.
