Counoil held at the City Hall September 10. 1929

Meeting oalled to order at Eight '~lock by President MaBes.
Counoilmen present Frenoh. Simms and Short. Attorney
Westbrook and MJyor Davenport.
It was moved seconded and carried that the water pipe line
be extended so as to water Blooks 81.82 and 90. Mr. Percival
to advance the City 1100.00 to cover expenses of same said
amount to be credited to Mr. Peroival's water account.
It was moved. seconded and carried that the required
amount of 4 inoh Universal Pipe be ordered to run the water
line out near the ~hort pDpperty accross Bloxom Street
the the place recently purchased by Mr. Short.
It was moved. seconded and carried that $5.000.00 of the
sinking fund money be invested in City of Clermont >>efunding
Bonds.
It was moved seoonded and ca::>ried that bill of .Mr. Ge'o. F.
Westbrook. in the amount of '125.00 for work on refunding
bo~d issue of $81,000.00 be allowed.
~here .eing no furhher business the meeting adjourned to
meet at the call of the president.
