Mr. Simms then movod that the resolution passed March
25th, 1929 be and same is herobo amended so as to includo in the
property releaso from tho Lien of Paving Assessments therain
roferred to Lots 7,8,9 and 10 of Block "BB" according to tho map
of the townsite of Clermont recorded mn Platt Book 3, 'age 5
public Hecords of Lake County, Florida, and the Clark is hereby
directed to add th tho property roloasod wherevor the samo may
occur in said resolution the following words; "Also lots 7,8,9
and 10 of Block nBB" according to the said pp or platt.
Motion was secondod by Mr. French and upon boing put to a
vote carried unamimously.

It was then moved, seconded and carriod that the collector
bo authorized to receive 1928 taxos up till and including
June &Xkx 25th without ponalty. Aftor said date advertising
costs and intorest at th3 rate of one per cont per month from
April First are to be added. Tho date of the tax salo was sot
for Ilionday August 5th.
It was moved, secondod and carried that $17,927.00 bo sent
to Now York to pay Interest Duo July 1, 1929.
It was movod, secondod and carried that Stanloy McCain
be hired to paint the water tank and tower one coat, price for
same to be $100.00 city to furnish material.
