lIenace Councilman Simms offered the following resolution

The ordinancas of the City of Cl::l:i:"mont contain
in 3ec. 7 of Chapter 29, regulations ~pplica~le
to this necessity--Now therefore be it
Resolved: That all owners of Citrus trees be notified
by City l~rshall that above section will hence-
forth 0e strict~y enforced, and that all dropped
fruit be picked up ane: placed in receptacle at
curb once each \leek for col1ectl"!l nir city scav-

The resolution was then read in full and upon roll
call the vote was as follows.
Ayes; SimL1S, Tabor, l~ves, Bills and French.

The resoftfttion carried unanimously.
There being no further business the meeting
