Councilmen present Mills, Simms, French, and Tabor and lmyor
Davenport and .At.orney ".iestbrook.
The question of whether or not the fire truck should ans'wer
fi~e calls from outside the City Limits was referred to the
fire corami ttee.
It TIas moved, seconded and carried that in the event a regatta
ViaS staeed here :Ur::dmE that ~150.00 be alJ:prmpriated from the
publicity Department to help defray the expenses of same.
It ~as moved, seconded and carried that 025000 per month be
appropriated from the Publicity Fund to the Chamber of
CO~Jerce to hel~ defray their current expenses.
~here being no furthe~ business the meeting adjou>>fied to weet
ot the call of the president.
