refunded J690.30 from the assessment fund .as.h~ ha~ be
full for a 36 foot ~treJt abutting Lot 11' Blook 8& paid in
a 24 foot street was oonsti'Uoted. ' .' and only
It was ~oved, seconded and oarried that Carl Kindred be
retained as clerk and ool~eotor for the coming year at a
.salary of ~150.00 per month, $100.00 of said amount to be paid
out of asses~ment Fund and ~50.00 out of General Fund.
It was moved, seconde~ and oarried that kr. H.~. Mills
continue uverseeing the relaying of the water lines,
re-conditioning and installing meters and street work.
