I•.Ir. H.E. Mills reported that the arm of L.R. Woodall injured while assisting the firemen at the fire at the residence of C.. Tabor, seemed to be doing very nicely. l.Sayor Elect IDa3.4. Davenport was then shorn into office by Mayor 1.1cKinney. Councilmen elect Simms, French and Tabor and Treasurer elect F.B.Roe was sworn into office by R:Iayor W.M. Davenport. Mr. Maves was then appointed temporary chairman by I1ayor Davenport. It was moved, seconded and car_:ied that Mr. G.A. Kaves be elected President and C.E. Tabor Vice President for the year 1929. It was moved seconded and carried that the appointive officers continue till the next meeting. It was moved, seconded and carried that all delinquent water Ank users be notified that after February First no delinquencys will be permitted, and that tRe clerk be instructed to MW collect water bills promptly or discontinue the service.
