Attorney Westbrook and Hayor McKinney. . '
I~ was move~, seconded and carrien that the clerk get up a
11st of de11nquent paving assessments payments fmr review
by the City Councilo '
It was moved, seconded and carried that three bond trustees
ve elected to handle the interest and Sinking Fund for the
General Bonds.
.nt!essrs. C.D. Baker, It'.B.Roe and A.L. Izlar vlere elected
by acclamation.
It was moved, seconded and carried the bond for said
trustees be placed at t5,OOO.OO each.
Il':!ere being no further business the meeting adjourned to
meet at the call of the president.

After some discuGsion regarding the payment of interest
and .Bond Uaturieies due SIanuary ,lI'irst, 1929 it '."'laS moved,
seconded and carried that the clerk be instructed to send
enoue;h money to the paying bank in Ne'i.~- York, to pay the
Intereat and that New York Bank be instructed to pa.y
only the interest.
It was ~oved, seconded and carried that the Council
accept the bid of Mr. ;~. C. Gray of the Gray Artesian Hells
Company, said Hork to begin within ten days and that the clerk
so inst:ruct l.lro Gray.
