held,at t~~ 6ity Ball August 21, 1928.
Meeting called to order at Eight O'cloek by president Y~ves.
Councilman present, Simms, Westbrook, Tabor, and attorney

After some discussion regarding the new ordinances it was
moved, seconded and carried that the public be notified that
on and after September First, all ordinances noul~ be strictly
~~orced, end espeoially with regard to the tralfic ordinances
..,p~,rki,ng on the W1'ong side of the street, dri v1ng without
lights and ignoring stop sign signals.

It was moved seconded and carried that a check for $10.00
be sent to the Orlando P~l~ce Department, to help defray
their expenses of sending a finger print over to take'some
pictures of finger prints on the glass after the break in
of the CleI"mont Pharmacy on the night of August 17th.
It uas moved, seconded and carried that the clerk be
instructed to refund to l~. C.D. Kennedy 0182.00 out of
the general fUnd on account of error in computing his taxes
for the year of 1927.
