President Maves announce~ that the purpose of the meeting wa~ discussion of pro3escts five and six. City e~neer Gibson repprts Pro~ects No~ 5. and 6 completed except the dra~nage, the~amount due Cox Br,vson Paving Company for work done being $63,10.9.40, ~. Simms then made a motion .hiGh was seconded and carr~ed that the Clerk and~or be authorized to give Said Cox Br,vson Paving CompallY Certificates of Deposit of the First state Bank of Cler.mont in the amount of $2'1,816.59 an assignment of cl?-arge;'Off in the First State Bank of Cl'ermont in the amount of $25,268.46, Sash in the amount of $'1,94'153, leaving a balance due Cox :Bryson Paying Co., of $2,0'16.82 which the cl~:rk,was instructed to pay ~s soon as this amount is . available from the Street Fund; The city must purohase and install 1450' 12" Sewer to complete 5 .&6 There being no fu,rther bllLsiness- the m~eting adjourned till Eight 0' clock Monday night July 2nd. . ~- A, Cl.tj('A~ . ~~~unCil ~~ C el$.
