It'was moved seconded and varried that the services
of Mr~ F.B. Krieder'who has. been operating the pump
be discontinued and that the water' superintendent operate
the pump during'the day and the marshall operate it
during th night.

the Coincil advertise for bids on a l2inch well up till
eight o'clock P.M. June 19th.
The clerk was instructed to ask the School Board to take the
sand off the streets in front of the school house and put same
back under the ~ia.,walks.

General Ordinances of the City Of Clermont, Lake County, Fla.
which was read in tul1. Mr. Mills then moved that the rules be
waived and the ordinance be placed for the second reading which
was seconded and unanimously carried. 1Ir. )(ills then moved that

of the Ordinances of the City of Clermont, Lake COlmty" :Florida,

Every ordinance f:>t'a' general and permanent nature heretofore
ordained by the City Council of the City of Cler.mont, Florida,
and every part. tit wc!lordlnanc.e8 not iho.lude.d.1n, the' saidi Re-
Yised General Ordinances, is hereby repealed, Provided, nothing
herein contained shall be construed as repealing or attecting
in any manner any ordinances pro'tidintt'Or. the issuance of bonds;
the purchase of public utilities; the paving of streets; the
laying of sewers; the assessments of liens against property for
cost of paving; or in anywise affecting the levy and collection
of taxes.
Section 2. The Revised General Ordinances of the City
of Cler.mont, Florida, &hall go into effect irnmediately on the
passage of this ordinance and its approval by the Mayor.
section 3. There Shall be publiShed in booklet form,
and securely b und Two Hundred and FIfty (250) copies of said
ordinances, with an appendix giving all Special Acts of the
Legislature of the State of Florida, relating to the City of
Clermont, ~'loridL., and in making such publication, the City
Attorney sh8.l1 bc at liberty to make the necessary corrections
of clericCJl errors, and numbering of sections, as lliay be found.
