There being several representatlv.es of bond houses present, they were requested to present the1r offers to the-- Clerk. The following bids were given the clerk for the purChase of the bonds: ;i. Hauchett Bond Co., 90,27f, of par Pruden & Company 90.00% of par Dupont-Ball Company 92.00% of par Cox &: Bryson Paving 93.00% of par W. L. Y., we will upon delivery of the bonds to us in TOledo, Ohio, when accompanied by a full and complete documentary and other evidence of their legality in fo~ satisfactory to Caldwell & Raymond Bond Attorneys, pay the sum ot 95~ on Dollar and accrued interest from date of bonds to date of delivery of bonds to us.
