present, they were requested to present the1r offers to the--
Clerk. The following bids were given the clerk for the purChase

called, the vote being as follows:

Nays: None.
On motion at Councilman Mills, the bid of the

of Clermont, Florlda, dated April Ii 1928 maturing as outlined
in Btatemen~ furnished us, principa and semi~annu81 interest'
payable at American Exchange Irving Trust Company in New YorJt,
K. Y., we will upon delivery of the bonds to us in TOledo,
Ohio, when accompanied by a full and complete documentary and
other evidence of their legality in fo~ satisfactory to
Caldwell & Raymond Bond Attorneys, pay the sum ot 95~ on Dollar
and accrued interest from date of bonds to date of delivery of
bonds to us. Bonds to be validate~ and delivered to us on or
before May 1st, 1928.

805, as evidence ot our good faith in complying with the te~s
