Minutes regular adJourned meeting Clermont City
Council held April 7, 1928.
Counoilmen present Simms, Mills, Tabor, Westbrook
and ~resident Maves.
Kr Carroll of the Cox Bryson Paving Co., presented
estimate No. 10 on proJects 5 & 6 signed by A.P. Gibson
the oity engineer in the amount of $22,148.30.
Under the terms of a previous agreement Cox Bryson
~aving Co., were to reoeive in payment oa estimates
57% in certifioates of Deposit o. the First State Bank
of Clermont and 43% in oharge off by the First State
Bank of Clermont. It was moved by Mr. Simms and seconded
and oarried that that the treasurer be instructed to
give Cox Br,yson Paving Co., Certificates of deposit in
the amount ot .12,624.53 and that the Mayor and City
Clerk be authorized to assign the city's interest in
Charge Vtf in the amount ot $9,523.77 to the Cox Bryson
Paving Co. J
