Minutes regular adjourned m~eting Clermont City
Counoil held at the City Hall Wednesday March 28, 1928
Meeting called to order at 7:45 by. President Maves,
Councilmen present, Mills, Maves, Westbrook, Tabor & Simms,

After some disoussion regarding payment of 1927 taxes it was
moved seconded and oarried that the time for payment be
extended thirty days, making them delinqueat after April 3',
It was moved by Mr. Mills and seconded voted and carriQd
that. the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute.
agre~ment with Tavares & Gulf Railroad Co., relative to pipe
line under tracks 258 feet South of M.P. 27 as submitted to
the oouncil.
After some disoussion ~egarding thl 075,000.00 bond issue
now being validated it was moved, seconded and carried that
we meet Monday night April 2, to consider proposals on any
part or all of said issue.
There being no further business the meeting ad~ourned to meet
at the call of the president.

held at the city hall Monday April 2, 1928.
Meeting called to order at 7:30 by president Maves
Councilmen present, Westbrook, Tabor, Mills & Simms, Mayor
McKinney, Attorney Westbrook and Clerk Kindred.
Mr. Maves announced that the purpose of the meeting
was to eonsider proposals on all or part of $75,000.00 that has
Just been validated. Two proposals were eeoeived the highest
being Ninety.
Mr. Simms then made a motion that the Clerk send all
the money available from the sinking and interest funds to
New York to pay bonds and interest falling due April First
and that we defer selling the bonds ~ and again receive
proposals Monday night April 9th.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned
