of the City of Clermont held at the City Hall,
at 7: 3Q P. 11. November 1st 1927.

The meeting was called to order and presided over

Ro1.1 call by the Clerk showed the following present:
H. C. Bro~m, w. M. Davenport, H. F. Bailey, Councilmenj
W. N. McKinney, Mayor and Isam Blackburn, Clerk.
The minutes of the re3ular monthly meeting of
Octob3r 4th and of all regular adjourned meetings were
~~he exception of the adjourned meeting of Oct-
ober 18th with reference to the 1927'28 tax ~ which
read (Publicity for Chamoer of Commerce $2500) which was-
chan3ed to read Publicity Fund $2500~

Mr. S. O. Ware, appeared before the Council asking
that the City extend a water pipe in the parlnvay on

Mr. S. H. ~or~n, representing the colored citizens

Avenue and Blo70m Avenue from Highland to Desoto. street,
