The meeting was called to order and presided
over by the President, H. C. Brovvn.
Rollcall by the Clerk showed the following
present: H.C.Brmvn, W.~. Davenport, C. E.Tabmr,
Councilmen; George F. Westbrook, Attorney and Isam
Blackburn, Clerk.
The President stated that the purpose of this
meeting Was to consider the bill presented by the
Standare Asphalt Company for repairing ~ertain streets
in the City of Clermont. After reading said bill

and discussing same, it was agreed to postpone the
matter until the Council have further information.

The bill of the Standard Asphalt Company for
topping ~,238 yards of stfeet at $~30 per ~
amounting to $20,171.40, was allowed and the treasur-
er order to give them time certificates for this

amount.
There being no further business, the Council
adjourned to meet az' in Tuesday, October 18th at
