July 5, 1927. at 2:00 P.M. .
Present upon roll call 'were the following:

was to consider bids for the purchase of $125,000.00 Capita~
. Fund .Bonds of the Ci ty of CIermon t. which had been advertised
for t hi s da te .
The Clerk announced that no bids had been submitted pur-
suant to the nublished notice.

sider "bids for the purchase of all or any part of the bonds
at private sale.

were presented. .

Said bonds are payable primarily from the proceeds of collection of as-!

are issued pursuant to authority of a special Act of the Legislature of the ~
State of Florida passed at the session of 1927. _Said bonds will be validated,
in the Circuit Court of Lake C~unty, Florida, and the legality of the bonds'
will be examined by Messrs. Caldwell & Raymond, of New YQrkCity, whose:
. approving opinion will be furnished the purchaser without charge. .

to the order of the City Clerk of the City of Clermont, Florida, in a sum not
less than two per centum of the par value .of the bonds bid for, said check,
shall not contain any qualified endorsement which would tend to hinder or',
delay the collection thereof; the sum evidenced by said check to be forfeited
to.the City of Clermont in the event the bidder shall fail to comply with the,
terms of his bid if the same is accepted and the bonds awarded to him.
Bonds will be delivered at any point in the State of Florida, or at New
York City, New York.
The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
