The Citizens Finance Committee recently appointed
by the President cf the Clormont City Council, respect-
fully submits the following report and reco~$endatlons:

of its otreet improvements bonds, it is necessary that
authority to do so be obtained f~om the state Leg~s-
lature.' A bill granting this authority has been pre-
pared and is attached hereto and it.is the recommendation
of this' Committee that tb~ C~1ncil irr~ed1ately take
steps to present this bill and have 'it panses as soon
as possible du~lng the pres3nt.~~iDlative session.

This proposed bill was tabled in order that
the Council might b.c.ve more time to consid'Jr'it.
Mr. Wm. Bess appeared before the Council
stating his und3rstanding as to the contract of
paving Crystal .Lake Drive from Montrose Street
to Fo\.'!.rth Streot. The Council agreed that this
pa~t of t~e paving should be figured at the
same cost as N~ber 4 and t~t tho property o\voers
abutting ths' Street who desired to pay cash in full
for this work should not be charged any attorney fee
cost of advertising, nor discount on bends.
There being no further business, the Cat=.ncil
