A SPECIAL I;EETING OF THE CITY COUNCUL, of the City of Clermont
was held at the City Hall November 30th 1926 at 7. 30 P M.
The meeting was called to order and presided over by W M Davenport
in the absence of' H C Brown, President. Roll call fotini the
following members present:
W M Davenport, H F Bailey, Andy Assheim. rold C E Tabor, Councilmen,
W N McKinney Mayor, and IS8m Blackburn, Clerk.

A motion was duly made and seconded to borrow from the First state
Bank of Clermont the sum of $25.000 for ninety days, and pay said
sum to said Cox and Bryson fi>aving Company. 'rhose voting nYes" .
Davenport, Bailey, Andy Assheim. No further business the Council
adjourned to meet again on the call of the. President.'

Thisis to certify that the City of Clermont, a
municipal corporation in ~he County of Lake and State
of 'Florida, is indebted unto the First State BQnk of
Clerraont, in the sum of Twenty-five thousand doliars
U~25,000), which sum the said City agrees to pay to the
order of the First State Bank on or before ninety days
from date with inter,~st after maturity at the rate of
8% per annum until paid.
