HELD AT THE CITY HALL AT 8 o'clock P M OCTOBER 5, 1926 In by the C E and the absence of H C Brown, the meeting was presided over W M Davenport and upon Roll, Call by the Clerk showed following members pre~ent. C 0 Roe, F Be Roe, 'and Geo 1\1 Budlong stated too t when they petitioned the council for paving 5th Street ,by their pro- perty that it was to be a c sh pro~ostion, and through some error this was included in Paving $5-MBond Issue and now ask' that they be permitted ,to pay this assessment in full. The council then agreed tOIIDy.estigite and decide later. Dr Copland asked, for lights-to be placed on certain streets ~n Sunnyside Unit and was referred to----~ The clerk then read proposed ordinance #100, relative to Fixing and regulating water Service to be supplied by the City of Clermont to consumers. Mr Tabor then moved that the rules be suspended and the ordinance passed to its second reading and was seconded by Mr Baily and the oildinance was passed as ordinance //100._ Those voting yes, Tabor Baily & Davenport. The council then purchased through Tuell f.~ Smith, a Sunstrand Adding Machine giving their note for $371,. 2~5 for same, due January lOth 1927, Without Interest.'" Clerk read the'following bills.
