M13MTES OF REGULAR ADJOURNED ME!,,TINGCOF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY'
OF CLEIKONT, HELD MONDAY, CD TOBER 20th, 1924, , at 1:30 O'clock P. M.
The City suncil of the City of Clermont met in regular adjourned
session upon call of the President of the Council, at the office of the Clerk
of the City of Clermont, that being the usual meeting place of the Counoil, at
1:30 o'clock P. M. on Monday, October 20th, 1924, for the purpose of examing
and gpproving the minutes of the City Council for meetings held on the following
dates: September 2nd, September 9th, September 16th,'0ot. 7th, October loth,
October llth, ;.1224.
Upon roll call it was found that the following named councilmen and
officers of the City of Clermont were present: Councilmen H. L. House, President,
ft. Bess, D. J.Westbrook, Isam Blackburn and H. C. Brown; Mayor W. N. McKinney,
Be W. Wait, Ctty Attorney, Edythe M. Litzrodt, City Clerk.
Thereupon, the City Clerk having read the minutes of the regular medbing
Meld September.,_2nd, 1924s upon motion of Councilman Brown, seconded by Councilman.
Bess, said minutes wereduly approved and the president and City Clerk were authorized
and directed to make a notation to that effect on the minutes of said meeting.
Thereupon, the City clerk having read the minutes of the regular adjourned
meeting hald September lth, 1924s upon motion of Councilman Brown, seconded by
Councilman Bess, said minutes were duly approved and the President and City Clerk
were authorized and directed to make a notation to that effect on the minutes of
said meeting.
Thereupon, the City Clerk having read the minutes of the regular ad-
journed meeting held September 16th, 1924, upon motion of Councilman Bess, seconded
by Councilman Westbrook, said minutes were duly approved and the president and City
Clerk were authorized and directed to make anotation to that effect on the minutes
of said meeting.
Thereupon, the City Ulerk having read the minutes of the regular meeting
held October 7th, 1924, upon motion of Councilman Westbrook, seconded by Councilman
Bess, said minutes were duly approved and the President and City C]e rk were authorized
and directed to make a notation to that effect on the minutes of said meeting.
Thereupon, the City Clerk having read the minutes of the regular adjourned
meeting held on October loth, 1924; upon motion of Councilman Westbrook, seconde d by
Councilman Browns said minutes were duly approved and the President and City Clerk
were authorized and directed to make a notation to that effect on the minutes of
said meeting.

Councilman Westbrooks, said minutes wereduly approveds and the President and City

Thereupon, the City Clerk having read the minutes of this meetings
upon *6tion of Councilman Bess seconded by Councilman Browns said minutes
were duly approved and the President and City Clerk were authorized and directed
to make a:.M6tation to that effect on the minutes of said meeting.
Thereupons upon notion duly made and seconded# the Council adjourned
to meet again upon the call of the President.
