The City Nunoil of the City of Clermont met in regular monthly meeting at the usual meeting place of the Council on September 2nds 1924,9 at 1:30 o'clock P. M. Present: Messrs. H. L. Houses H. C. Brouns WM. Bess, J. D. Jones and D. J. Westbrook2 being all of the members of said Council; W. A. MoKinneys Mayor; B. W. Waits City Attorney; and Edythe M. Litzrodts Clerk. That a street to be known as Sixth Street shall be forthwith opened and estaablished, beginning at a point in the center of Chestnut Street 110 feet East of the quarter section post at the NW corner of the NE 4 of Sec. 25s Tps 22 S, of R. 25 East, of Tallahassee Meridian, southwardly to Seminole Street, to be forty (40) feet in width. Upon motion of Mr. Bess* seconded by Mr. H. C. Brown* it was unanimous- ly decided to suspend the rules and pass the said ordinance to its second read- ing. Thereupon the said ordinance was read in full for the second time.
