Present; Messrs H.L. douse, H.C. brown, W.Y. Bass? J.D. ones and D.J. wiestbrook, being all the members of the said Council.. The meeting was presided over by Idr. H.L. house, President of the Council A Resolution was presented by Mr. H.C. brown, seconded by D.J. Westbrook and carried that vie borrow $550.00 to Eomplete payinrr, interest on Interest due the Hanover National Bank . A bill of the South Lake Press, amountin;r to $1213.90 was ordered paid. An application for 14arshall by Earl Snarr was read and after discussion it was moved by H.C. brown, 2nd by Westbrook -and unan- imounsly carried that Mr. Snarr be employed as Marshall beginning Jult 1st.1924 at a salary of $�75.00 per month.
