Pursuant to a call of th:; President of the Uouncil, the City
C .)uncil of the City of Clermont met at an ad jo ,rned -meetin7, at the
usual meetin,:- place of the Council on June 13th,1924 at 3; OOP.P:i.
Present; Messrs H.L. douse, H.C. brown, W.Y. Bass? J.D. ones
and D.J. wiestbrook, being all the members of the said Council..
The meeting was presided over by Idr. H.L. house, President
of the Council
A Resolution was presented by Mr. H.C. brown, seconded by
D.J. Westbrook and carried that vie borrow $550.00 to Eomplete
payinrr, interest on Interest due the Hanover National Bank .
A bill of the South Lake Press, amountin;r to $1213.90 was
ordered paid.
An application for 14arshall by Earl Snarr was read and after
discussion it was moved by H.C. brown, 2nd by Westbrook -and unan-
imounsly carried that Mr. Snarr be employed as Marshall beginning
Jult 1st.1924 at a salary of $�75.00 per month.
A petition, a copy of which is as follows, t:aF; received, read
and on motion duly made and seconded, ordered to be filed.

intersection with Lake Shore Drive, 18 feet in width;
and to provide for the payment of the entire cost of such street
improvenents bylevyina, and collecting special assessments on the
abuttin•r, adj fining, contigous, or other specially benefitted
property, in proportion to the benefits to be derived therfrom, ##

the foot frontar•e of the respective properties specially benefitted
by such improvements, or by such other methods as your Honorable
Pody may prescribe, in the manner provided by Chapter 9208, Latins

resolution was unanimously adopted, all present votin,; "Ayer';

Osceola Street from Fifth Street to Oast Avenue, 24 feet in
width; Orange Avenue from Third Sjr2et to Eart Avenue, 24
feet in width; "Oak Street from Second S reet to Ealt Avenue,
24 feet in width; Second Street fror9 Osceola S reet to the
Lake Shore Drive, 24 feet in width ; Fifth Street from
Riinneola Avenue to Lake Shore Drive, 24 feet in width;
Carroll Street from Third Street to East Avenue, 10 feut in
width; Carroll Street from a point 200 feet east of fifth
street to Lake Hvenue, 18 feet in width;
Cedar Street, from Second Street to Third Street,18 ft. ;ride;
Third Street from Osceola Street to Lake Shore Drive,18
feet in width;
with lime rock base with bituminous wearin- surface, to -,ether
