The meeting was called to order by President House.
Councilmen present were J.D. jones, V-1m. bess, D.J. w:rstbrook,
H. C . ,,rown,
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
Report by C.W. Hoe Treas.
Report by Auditing Cormnittee, bills were read and approved;
Roved by H.C. broam, 2nd by Vlestbrook that bills be paid.
17oved by H.C. brown and seconded by J.D. jones that proper
resolution be made to borrow $660.00 to take care of overdraft.
Carried.
Mr. Isam Blackburn reported on the work of assessing taxes and
the Assessors feel that they have treated everyone equal.
Attorney Waite Sul; -rested that some one member of the Council
present the Ordinance on Dogs, N0.10 and ratify the present
one This Ordinance was presented by lam. Bess. It was moved
and seconded that the rules be suspended and be read a second
time. Carried.
Mr. F.B. Roe a member of the Unity Club, asked the Council
that something* be done about the weeds in Lake 14inneola.
It was regularly moved and seconded that the rresident appoint
a committee to see that weeds are removed from the Lake be-
tween the Pavilion and Packing; House.
Carried,
The Chair appointed F.B. Roe to see about getting someone.
The salesman from Fairbanks- morse Co. presented his specifi-
cations on one 100 HP Lnine.
I-:otion was made and seconded that meeting adjourn until
Tues. July 8th at 1 P.M.
