assessment roll by striking out E.nd eliminating therefrom the

to the Oity Council the assessment roll revised hnd amended
in accordance with the several resoluti.:ns passed and adopted
by theCity Oouncil of the City of ~lermont at its meeting of
March 12, 1926.
Thereupon, on motion duly maae and seannded, the fol-

~HEREAS, the City vouncil of the City of Ulermont,
on the 29th day of January, A. :0 1926, duly passed and adopted
a resolution providing for constructing, grading, paving and
otherwise improving certain streets E.nd avenues withinthe

corporate limits of the i ty of Cler..:ont: ~nd
WHEREAS, plens, specificalions and estimate of cost
of the propCied improvements, c1nd profiles of the streets and
avenues described in said resolution were prepared by A. P.
Gibson, City ~ngineer, cnd were duly filed in the office of
the Uity ~lerk for public inspection, a$ provided by law: and
~EEP~AS, said resolution providing fOE said improve-
ments was duly~ublished in the Vlermont Press, a weekly news-
paper of general ciroulation published in the Oity of Ulemmont
as required by Chapter 9298, General Acts of the Legistature of

Clerk and Tax AsseSSor made and prepared an~sessment roll in
accprdamce with the method of assessment provided for in said
resolution, assessing all lots and lands abounding and abutting
on such proposed improvements between and including the ternini

1926, and the plans and specifications coverin~ said proposed

made by the City ulerk ~ndTpx Assessor as set forth in the re-
vised and ~mended Lseessment roll prepared by them a.gainst all
