journe~ session at the office of the Oity Clerk, thRt bring the
usucl place of meeting, at eight o'clock P. M. ~auary 2Yth, 1925,
pursuant to motion pas2ed at the regular.adjourned meeting of
the Oity Oouncil hel~ on January 13th, 1925, and in further ~rsuamce

property owners, all as published in the Olermont Press on Jenuary

Thereupon, the Pr€s~dent announced that the Oouncil would
receive and hear complaints of property owners and all other inter-
ested pmtsons with reference to the assessments set forth in the
~ssessment roll, prepared by tae City Olerk an6 T~x ASEessor, pur-
su&nt to the provisioBS of a certain resolution passed by the City
Oouncil on JE',nuc,ry 6th, 1925, as filed in the office of the Oi ty
Clerk on Uh8 13th uay of Jenuary, 1925.
