Excerpts from Minute4 of Regular Adjaurned Meeting
of the City Oouncil of the~City of Olermont, hemd
March 17th, 1926.
The City Council of the City of Clermont .met in regular
adjourned session at the office of the City Olerk, that being
the usual ple,ce of meeting, at eight olclo?k P. M. Marcq 17th,
1925.
Present: Messrs. H. C..Brown, Andy Aasheim, C. E. Tabor,
Isam Blackburn and W. M. Bess, being all of the members of the
said ~ouncil; Stella Thompson, City ulerk; and B. VL Wait;
City Att orney .
The meeting was presided over by Mr. Brown, President.
of theCity Council.
Mr. W. M. Bess introduced an ordinance entitled:
"Ordinance No.
An Ordinance Authorizin0 the Closing
of the Lake Shore Drive song the Shore of Lake Wenonah from
Seventh Street to Lake Avenue, an& the Cl08in6 of the Street
Known as 'County Road' from Seventh Street to Lake Avenue, as
shown on a Plat of Lake View Park, Recorded in the Public .e-
cords of Lake Oounty, Florida, in Plat Book 2, paf.~e 36", which
WaS read in full for the first time.
Upon motion of Mr. Tabor, secq~ed by Mr. lsam Black-
. burn , it WeS unanimously decided to suspend the rules and pass
said ordinance to its second reading.
Thereupon, the ~Eid ordinance was read in full for the
second ti@e.
Upon motion duly made and seconded, the said ordin~nce,
of which the follqwing is a copy, was duly passed and adopted
as read, by the unenimous vote of the Council:
