Minutes of Regular Adjourned Meeting of the Oity
Council of the 0ity of ulermont, Held March 26th,
1925.
The City Oouncil of the Oi ty of 01er.r.ort met in regular
adjourned meeting at the office .of the Oity 0lerk, th~t being
the usual meeting place of said Oouncil, onMarch 26th, 1925,
at~ight o'clook P. M. Present: Messrs. H. C. Brown, Andy
A8sheim, C. E. Tabor, learn Blackburn and,W. M. Bess, being all
of the members of s~i<i Ocuncil, Stella Thompson, Oi t./ Olerk;
W. N. McKinney, Mayor; ~nd B. W. Wait, Uity Attorney.
The meeting w~s presided over by Mr. B~own, President
of the uity vouhcil.
The r~esident of the Oouncil stated that the object of
the meeting Wt;',S to discuss the proper location of Chestnut Street
west of Seventh Street.
..:l After consid.erable discussion, on mot ion c.uly made and

secon~ed, the iresident of theUouncil~s authorized to submit the
lega~ questions involved to some ~isinterested attorney, and
secure an opinion for the guidance of the Council.
On motion duly made ano. seconded, the meetinJ adjourned
