The City Council of the City of Ulermont met in regular
adjourned sesSion at the office of theCity Clerk, that being
the uS\lal place of meeting, at two o'clock P. M., June 5th, 192fi,

B. W. Wait, City Attorney, and Stella Thompson, City Ulerk.

dent of the City Council.
Proof of publication of notice to contractorsWas pre-
sented to theCouncil and ordered filed in the archives of the City.
Thereupon, Mr. H. C. Brown, Preetident of theOity Council,
announced that the Oi ty C.)..ulcil would receive bids of the material
equipment and labor for the pDpposea street i~rovements in the
City of Clermont, pursuant to the proviSions of a notice published
in theClermont Press on MaY 14th, 21st, 28th and June 4 th, 1925.,
Thereupon, there were submitted,the following bids:

Thereupon, th~ 0ity Council went into executive session
for the purpose of co~sidering said bids.
TBeEeupon, sa.id City CounCil, having considered the said
bids, ,upon motion made by Council men Tabor, the follwoing re-
'solution was, upon roll c~ll vote, unanimously adpped:
tBEREAS, the City Council has considered all of.~the bids
this day submitted for furnishing all material, equipment and

labor for constructing, grading, paving and otherwise improving
certain streets ann avenues within the corporate limits of the
City of Clermont, pursuant to the provisions of a certain reso-
lution passed and the City Council on the 12th day mf May, 1925:

Council adjourned to meet at two o'clock ~l, M. on the 6th day.
