Tho City Oouncil of tho City of Olexnlont met in regular
adjourned session, at the office of the Ole,;,:k of lhhe Oity of Olermont,
t~~t peing the ~sual meeting place of'said Oouncil, ~t eight o'olock
B~ M. on ~onday, the 17th d~y of A~gust, A. D. 1925, for the purpose
of examining and approving the llinutes of the Oity Oouncil for meet-
ings held on the following detes: July 7th, and AUGUst 6th, A. D.
1925. Present: Messrs. H. O. Brown, President of the Oouncil,
A~dy Aashcim and O. E. Tabor, Oouncilmen. Absent: V!. 1L Bess and
:tsBm Blacltburn. Present, also, H. M. McKinney, Mayor, B. Wofford
tlait, Oity Attorney, and Stella, Thompson, Oity Ole'rk.

The'meeting was presided ove? by H. O. Brown, President
of the Oouncil, who stated that the purpose of the meeting was to
hear the ree.ding of the . Minutes of the rO~l1Ular meeting of the Oi ty

Oouncil held July ,7th, and of the ~gular adjourned meeting of the
Oity Oouncil held on August ~th, A . D.'1925.
Thereupon" the Oity Clerk having read the Minutes' of
the regular meeting of July 7th, 1925, upon motion of Oouncilman '
Tabor, secondee by Oouncilman Aasheinl, said Minutes, were duly
a~proved, and the President of the,Oity Council and the Oity Olerk
were authorized and directed to make a notation to that effect

upon the minutes of sD.id meeting.
Thereupon, the City Clerk having read t~e Minutes of
the ~egular ~djourned meeting held On August 6th, ~. D. 1925, upon
motion of Oouncilman Aasheim, secon~ed by Oouncilman Tabor, said
minutes were duly'a~proved, and the p~esident of the,Oity Oouncil
and the Oity Olerk were authpriz8,d to make a,n'otation to that

effect upon the minutes of said meeting.
Thereupon, the Oity'Clerk having~ read the Minutes of
this meeting, upon motion of Oouncilmen Tabor, seconded by Counoil-
man AasheirJ, seid minutes \1.&re duiy approved, and the President of
the Ci~y Council and the Oity Clerk were authorized to make a nota-
tion to that effect upon the m~nutes of said meeting.

Ther~upon, upon motion duly made and seconded the
Oouncil adjourned to meet again upon the call of the President.
