of Winter Garden regarding inoculation of dogs against rabies.
Mr. ~!c('<.uistion was "jivon authority to fix the dates am make
arrangements to have it done.
En71neer Cole's report was read. He stated that the
work ar~und the City Dump bad 00 en completed. Preliminary
grading around Center Lake had been done and work was being
continued to complete the project. He proposed that a Ci~
r1arage could be bu.lt on the old power foundation at the north
end of '~!est Avenue ~ which would conform with the Zoning Ordinancf
and with fue surrounding architecture.
VI'. 1tacdonald sta t ed that it would cost about ~4000 to
;j},6000 to build a garage on th e site of the old jail in block
~l, but that the building on ~Yest Ave. could proqabbly be
-.:-completed for abCbut $1000.
WI'. Brice tm de a mot ion, seconded by M.r. M'acdonald and
carried, that tm proposal of the County Health Dept. that the
City pay $50.00 per month toward its expense in keeping a
man in tb is end of the County, be turned down.

Tn0 ~otion was seconded by Mr. Macdonald, and when
vote, the motion carried.
r. H.T:T.Cole was instructed to have a notice put in the
paper w~n the water would be turned off in order to connect
the new water line in Indian Hills.
The City Clerk was instructed to write the Florida PONer

The Council then went into executive session, after which
it adjourned about ll:ro to 1 eet at the call of the president.
