A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE
COUNTY, FLORIDA GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO AMEND
RESOLUTION NO. 846 BY EXTENDING THE EXPIRATION DATE, CONTINUING
TO ALLOW THE EXISTING TEMPORARY MODULAR BUILDING TO REMAIN ON
THE PROPERTY IN THE R-3 RESIDENTIAL~/PROFESSIONAL DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Clermont, Lake
County, F]orida at a meeting held June 4, 1996 recommended approval of this
Conditional Use Permit to amend Resolution No. 846 by extending the expiration date,
continuing to allow the existing temporary modular building to remain on the property in
the R-3 ResidentiaUProfessional District at the following location:

The City Council deems it advisable in the interest of the general welfare of the City of
Clermont, Lake County, Florida to grant this Conditional Use Permit;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Clermont, Lake County, Florida that:
SECTION 1.
This application for a Conditional Use Permit to amend Resolution No. 846 by
extending the expiration date, continuing to allow the existing temporary modular
building to remain on the property located in the R-3 Residential/Professional in the
District be granted subject to the following conditions:
1. Approval of this amendment shall be conditioned upon compliance with all
previous conditions specified in Resolution No. 846.
2. If construction of a new facility has begun within one (1) year from the date of
grant of this Conditional Use Permit this permit shall be valid for a period of two (2)
years or until said facility is completed, whichever comes first. If construction of a new
facility has not begun within one (1) year from the date of grant of this Conditional Use
Permit this permit shall become null and void.

3. If any of the stated conditions are violated, the applicant understands and agrees
that the City Council may revoke this Conditional Use Permit by resolution.
4. Skirting shall be installed around the temporary modular building.
5. A status report depicting the progress of procuring a permanent facility shall be
presented to the City Council on a quarterly basis.
