RESOLUTION
No. 1359
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY,
FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING BUDGET AMENDMENTS TO THE
GENERAL FUND FOR THE CITY OF CLERMONT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2002-
2003.
WHEREAS, it is hereby found and determined by the City Council of the City of
Clermont, Lake County, Florida, that the following budget amendments are necessary to the
General Fund of said City for the Fiscal Year October 1, 2002 to September 30, 2003, as follows:
1. Increase Professional Services - Labor Attorney (10514-53182)
To amend the budget for the labor attorney fees
as approved by City Council on January 14, 2003. $ 30,000
2. Increase Transfer to 2002 Public Improvement Bond (10519-99113)
To amend the budget to reflect the actual first year debt
service for the 2002 Public Improvement Revenue Bond. $ 26,452
3. Increase Capital Outlay Equipment (10521-66401) $ 9,446
Increase Debt Service Capital Lease (10521-77113) $ 2,440
Increase State Grant - Police (10334-33473) $ 8,915
To amend the budget to recognize the receipt of the Police
Department Community Relations Byme Grant and eorreaponding
expenditures.
4. Increase Repair & Maintenance - Vehicles (10521-54601) $ 8,047
Increase Reimbursements (10366-36650) $ 7,047
To amend the budget for collision repairs and insurance
reimbursements.
5. Increase Professional Services - Computer Consultant (10521-53152) $ 19,500
To amend the budget for computer consultant fees associated with
the installation of the Police Department communication center radio system.
6. Increase Uniforms Expense (10521-55203) $ 6,100
To amend the budget for the purchase of bulletproof vests in
accordance with a federal grant received in fiscal year 2001-02.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the above said budget amendments for the
General Fund of the City of Clermont for the 2002-03 Fiscal Year and appropriations therefore
are hereby adopted.
