Disabled American Veterans Week~rocCarnation
WHEREAS, the safety and well-being of generations of Americans
has been insured by those Americans who have taken up
arms in the defense of their country; and
WHEREAS, many citizens of the United States and the State of
Florida served their country faithfully during wartime;
and
WHEREAS, many of these Veterans were wounded, gassed, injured
or disabled in the line of duty during time of war,
while in the service of the military or naval forces
of the United States of America; and
WHEREAS, the heroic actions of these disabled American Veterans
has earned them the everlasting gratitude of this
Nat ion; and
W`HEItEAS, 'the citizens of this country and the State of Florida
are thankful for the bravery, dedication, sacrifice,
suffering and achievements of those who were disabled
in these wars;,,-~
