R-03-1325• L CITY OF CLERMONT RESOLUTION • NO. 1325 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING THE FIRE IMPACT FEE FUND BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF CLERMONT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2003-2004 AUTHORIZING RECEIPTS AND DISBURSEMENTS CONTAINED THEREIN. U WHEREAS, it is hereby found and determined by the City Council of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida, that the following sums of money shall be used to recover the fire capital costs associated with growth of the City for the Fiscal Year of October 1, 2003 to September 30, 2004.
