02-28-1985 MeetingCITY OF CLERAfONT MINUTES PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION WORKSHOP MEETING February 28, 1985 A workshop meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission was called to order by Chairman John Sargent on Thursday, February 28, 1985 at 4:00 p.m. in the City Hall conference room. embers attending the meeting were Adelbert Evans, Debbie Gaines, ddy Rogers, and Chairman John Sargent. Also attending was City nager George Forbes. Absent members were Don Beal, Nick Jones, Marie McKinney, James Shepherd and Bob Thompson. At this meeting the seven established residential districts shown on the proposed Future Land Use District Map were carefully reviewed and the following revisions were made: ESTABLISHED RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT 1 (ERD-1) The map representation of this district was altered to include the west half of Block "BB", which was removed from ERD-6. Density: 3) New residential development will be limited to a low density of 1 - 4 dwelling units per acre. ESTABLISHED RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT 2 (ERD-2) Permitted Land Uses: 2) Limited multiple-family residenses consistent in density and character with the surrounding-area. Density: 5) New residential development will be limited to a medium density of 5 - 8 dwelling units per acre. ESTABLISHED RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT 3 (ERD-3) Permitted T,and TTcPC 1) Manufactured/mobile homes Density: 3) New residential development will be limited to a high density of 9 - 12 dwelling units per acre. STABLISHED RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT 4 (ERD-4) ensity: 3) New residential development of 5 - 8 dwelling units per ESTABLISHED RESIDENTIAL DISTRIC' Density: 3) New residential development of 5 - 8 dwelling units per will be limited to a medium density acre. ESTABLISHED RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT 7 (ERD-7) The following alterations were made in this district as shown on the map: a. Lots 7 and 8, Block "I" were included and deleted from UD-4. b. Hillside Terrace Subdivision was removed from NED-4 and added to ERD-7. c. The Boney Subdivision was removed from NED-4 and included in ERD-7. d. The east half of Oakhurst Subdivision was removed from NED-4 and included in ERD-7. Density: 3) New residential development will be limited to a medium density of 5 - 8 dwelling units per acre. UNDEVELOPED DISTRICT 8 This district was altered by the addition of the triangular portion of Block AA of Chain O' Lakes Subdivision SE of Lots 24 and 25, Block 2 and Lot 13, Block 5.
