Subject: Lease of Odophos Storage Tanks
Dear Mr. Davis:
This letter is in reference to our telephone conversation on this date
regarding lease of two Odophos storage tanks to City of Clermont.
We agree to extend your lease on these tanks to October 1, 1983 at the
present rate of $250.00 a year for each tank.
We further agree to extend our lease purchase plan on these two tanks to
October 1, 1983. If the City of Clermont decides to purchase these tanks
during this time, the money you paid toward the annual lease would be
deducted from our selling price of $6000.00 for both tanks.
