PROJECT: City of Clermont Comprehensive Plan Update Addendum
CLIENT: City of Clermont
CONTRACTED PROFESSIONAL: Land Design Innovations, Inc.
MASTER CONTRACT; A Master Contract is in place that was signed on February 26, 2008. All of the
terms and conditions of the Master Contract are applicable to this work order.
Execution of Work Order Number 99035.02B by the City of Clermont, shall serve as authorization for the
Consultant to provide professional services to respond to the Department of Community Affairs ORC
Report for the Comprehensive Plan Update.
RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONSULTANT:
Consultant shall provide said professional planning services, pursuant to this Work Order, to include:
• Task A. Review of the ORC Report
LDI will review the ORC Report in full and prepare a summary describing the objections that
need to be addressed, identify any additional Data & Analysis that may be required in order to
respond adequatelyto the Depanment's objections, and proposed action to resolve issue.
• Task B. Prepare Draft ORC Response
LDI will prepare a Draft ORC Response, including identification of applicable revisions to the
Data & Analysis and GOPs.
• Task C. Meet with Clermont Staff to review Draft ORC Response Thursday, June 11
• Task D. Meet with DCA to discuss draft response (in person and/or via conference call)
• Task E. Prepare Final ORC Response
Based on Clermont Staff's review comments for the Draft ORC Response, LDI will finalize the
ORC Response and the applicable revisions to the Data & Analysis and GOPs in
strikeout/underline format.

RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CLIENT:
Client shall participate in conference calls with LDI and DCA to discuss ORC Response and shall
review the ORC surrunary and the Draft ORC Response in a timely manner with comments that are legible
and easyfor LDI staff to translate.
TIME FOR COMPLETION:
The professional services authorized by this Work Order shall be completed and draft response
submitted to Client on Monday, June 15, 2009 if executed by Tuesday, June 9, 2009.
COMPENSATION:
The fees for the professional services shall be performed on an hourly basis not to exceed $6,000.00
without additional written approval from the City Manager.
