RESOLUTION

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY,
FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING BUDGET AMENDMENTS FOR THE
CITY OF CLERMONT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2008-2009.
WHEREAS, it is hereby found and determined by the City Council of the City of
Clermont, Lake County, Florida, that the following budget amendment is necessary for the Fiscal
Year October 1, 2008 to September 30, 2009, as follows:
GENERAL FUND
1. Increase Professional Services -Labor Attorney (10514-53182) $ 4,985
To amend the budget to reflect actual costs incurred.
2. Increase Other Current Charges (10559-54900) $ 5,990
To amend the budget for the payment of the City's 2007-08 fiscal
year share of the Lake Sumter MPO Transportation Concurrency
Management System.
3. Increase Repair & Maintenance -Buildings (10558-54600) $ 8,965
To amend the budget for the cost of re-roofing Jenkins Auditorium,
as approved by the City Council on December 9, 2008.
4. Decrease Fund Balance (10599-59900) $ 19,940
Total General Fund Adjustments
WATER IMPACT FEE FUND
1. Increase Capital Outlay -Water System (43533-66307) $ 54,693
Decrease Fund Balance (43599-59900) $ 54,693
To amend the budget for a portion of the utility system upsize for
the Terrace Pointe Development, as approved by City Council on
December 9, 2008
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the above said budget amendment of the City
of Clermont for the 2008-2009 Fiscal Year and appropriations therefore are hereby adopted.
