The Leesburg Glass & Mirror Inc. proposes to furnish all materials and perform all labor necessary to complete the following:
This proposal includes as follows:
All new grey tinted glass 1/4 inch polished plate
New aluminum extruded sections as presented for
all window units with awning windows of two lite style
installed at the bottom of desired units
This proposal includes every phase of installtion
Completely all necessary work except possible
painting on inside. for touch up purposes
For the sum of 2787.00
alt #1 Add 53.00 for changing door glass
Alt #2 Add 39.00 to change window glass to grey
All of the above work to be completed in a substantial and workmanship manner for the sum of
if all alternates are accepted Total 2859.00
Down Payment Balance
Payments to be made as the work progresses to tne value of per cent
of all completed. The entire amount of contract to be paid with days after completion.
Legal rate of interest on past due accounts.
Any alteration or devitation from the above specifications inv'olving extra cost of materials or labor will only be execut-
ed upon written orders for same, and will become an extra charge over the sum mentioned in the contract.
All work covered by workmen's compensation and public liability.
All agreements must be made in writing.
