Dear Sirs:
We completed a treatment of your building at Library
on 10/15/58 for Subterranean Termites and placed it under our
Five Year Annual Service Contract. This contract will expire as of
10/14/63 , and we would like to suggest that we be given the
opportunity of continuing this Termite Control Program for another
Five-Year period.
It will be necessary to replace the chemical protection barrier
in the exposed danger areas and,as our records indicate that our
experience with this property has been satisfactory, we are pleased
to be able to renew this contract for a further 5-year period at the
same annual rate of $ 10.00, the chemical barrier being replaced at
our expense. The Annual Service Charge for the other Four Years of
this new Five-Year Contract will be $10.00, as heretofore.
If this program is acceptable to you, please sign one copy of
this Agreement and return to us, retaining the other for your files.
Following our receipt of this Renewal Agreement, should there be a
delay in the chemical replacement due to weather or other factors,
the original contract will be extended until the Renewal has been
completed and the contract extended for another Five Years.
