RESOLUTION
NO. 718
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE
COUNTY, FLORIDA AMENDING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT GRANTED AS
RESOLUTION NO. 700 TO INCLUDE THE FIRST STORY OF THE BUILDING TO BE
USED AS A PRE-SCHOOL FACILITY IN THE C-2 GENERAL COMMERCIAL
BUSINESS DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of
Clermont, Lake County, Florida at a meeting held June 4, 1991,
recommended approval of the Conditional Use Permit to amend
Resolution No. 700 to include the first story of the building to be
used as a pre-school facility in the C-2 General Commercial
Business District at the following location:
PROPERTY: Lot 8 and 9 of City Block 90
LOCATION: 885 W. Desoto Street
The City Council deems it advisable in the interest of the general
welfare of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida to grant the
Conditional Use Permit;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Clermont, Lake County, Florida that:
SECTION 1.
The application for a Conditional Use Permit to amend
Resolution No. 700 to include the first story of the building to be
used as a pre-school facility in the C-2 General Commercial
Business District be granted subject to the following conditions:
1. The building shall be used for a pre-school facility only.
2. All conditions stated in Resolution No. 700 shall be adhered
to.
3. If any of the stated conditions are violated, the applicant
understands and agrees that the City Council may revoke this
Conditional Use Permit by resolution.
DONE AND RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT,
LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA THIS 11th DAY OF JUNE, 1991.
