RESOLUTION
No. 710
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE
COUNTY, FLORIDA AMENDING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT GRANTED AS
RESOLUTION NO. 661 TO EXTEND THE EXPIRATION DATE TO MAY 23, 1992.
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of
Clermont, Lake County, Florida at a meeting held April 2, 1991,
recommended approval to amend a Conditional Use Permit granted as
Resolution No. 661 by extending the expiration date to May 23,
1992, at the following location:
North 100 of the east 300 of Lot 14, Block BB.
The City Council deems it advisable in the interest of the general
welfare of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida to grant the
Conditional Use Permit:
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Clermont, Lake County, Florida that:
SECTION 1.
The application for an amendment to the Conditional Use Permit
by extending the expiration date to May 23, 1992, be granted
subject to the following conditions:
1. All conditions stated in Resolution No. 661 shall be adhered
to.
2. If any of the stated conditions are violated, the applicant
understands and agrees that the City Council may revoke this
Conditional Use Permit by resolution.
DONE AND RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT,
LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA THIS 23rd DAY OF APRIL 1991.
