A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY,
FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING FEES AS AUTHORIZED BY ORDINANCE AND
ZONING REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, FLORIDA,
REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 664 AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, it is hereby found and determined by the City Council
of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida, that the following
fees shall be established and collected:
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
Any person requesting a Conditional Use Permit, except a Planned
Unit Development, shall file an application and pay a fee of one
hundred dollars ($100) plus fifty dollars ($50) per acre or any
part thereof, with a maximum fee of five hundred dollars ($500).
PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
Any person requesting a Conditional Use Permit for a Planned Unit
Development shall file an application and pay a fee of one hundred
fifty dollars ($150) per acre or any part thereof, with a maximum
fee of one thousand dollars ($1,000).
REZONING
Any person requesting an amendment or change to the district zoning
boundaries shall file a request and pay a fee of one hundred
dollars ($100), plus five dollars ($5.00) per acre or any part
thereof, with a maximum fee of five hundred dollars ($500).
VARIANCE
Any person requesting a variance to the zoning regulations shall
file a petition and pay a fee of seventy-five dollars ($75).
SITE PLAN REVIEW
Any person requesting a site plan review shall submit plans and pay
a fee of one hundred dollars ($100) , plus twenty-five dollars ($25)
per acre, plus one dollar ($1.00) per 1,000 square feet or any part
thereof, with a maximum fee of five hundred dollars ($500).
Subsequent reviews of resubmission shall pay a fee of twenty-five
dollars ($25), plus five dollars ($5.00) per acre, plus twenty-
five cents (.25) per 1,000 square feet with a maximum fee of two
hundred fifty dollars ($250) for each resubmittal.
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT
Any person requesting an amendment or change to the Comprehensive
Plan or any element thereof, shall file a request and pay a fee of
one hundred dollars ($100).

ZONING CLEARANCE (PERMIT)
Any person requesting a Zoning Clearance (Permit) shall submit a
fee of twenty dollars ($20).
DOCUMENTS (ZONING ORDINANCE, COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, ETC.)
Documents will be sold to the public at actual reproduction and
handling costs.
SITE INSPECTIONS
Site inspection costs requiring the City Engineer or his Inspector
shall be billed to the developer at actual cost.
FIRE INSPECTIONS

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT THE ABOVE SAID FEES OF THE
CITY OF CLERMONT ARE HEREBY ADOPTED AND BECOME EFFECTIVE MAY 1,
1991.
